Applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, discounts, and promotional adjustments will be shown at checkout, where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

We may refuse or cancel any order before dispatch for lawful reasons, including stock issues, incorrect listing, compliance concerns, suspected misuse, or delivery limitations. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the eligible refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and payment partner timelines.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timelines displayed on the website. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by location, weather, logistics disruptions, public holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the product passes to the customer upon delivery, except where the customer rejects the product at delivery in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must ensure that delivery details, contact number, and address information are accurate and accessible.
9. Open-Box Delivery and Delivery Inspection
For food-safety reasons and to reduce disputes, open-box delivery may be provided or required where operationally available.
At the time of delivery, the customer should inspect the package in the presence of the delivery partner for:
- visible leakage;
- damaged container or broken bottle/jar/pouch;
- tampered or broken seal;
- visible contamination or packaging failure.
If any such issue is visible at delivery, the customer must refuse delivery immediately. Once a visibly damaged or leaking product is accepted without objection at delivery, claims may be subject to review under the Return & Refund Policy and available evidence.
10. Returns, Refunds, and No Replacement Rule
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
For clarity:
- No replacements will be provided
- No exchanges will be provided
- only eligible returns/refunds will be considered
Because Kanji+ is a food product, return/refund eligibility is limited to cases such as:
- visible leakage or delivery damage;
- foul smell indicating spoilage;
- broken or tampered seal;
- wrong product delivered;
- expired product delivered;
- other legally valid defect or safety issue.
Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable law. Under India’s e-commerce rules, platforms and sellers must clearly disclose return/refund policies and cannot unfairly refuse refund/take-back in cases involving defective, deficient, spurious, or misdescribed goods.
11. Customer Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- inspect the package at delivery, especially where open-box delivery is available;
- store the product strictly as instructed on the label;
- consume the product before expiry and in accordance with storage/handling directions;
- check ingredients and allergen information before use;
- avoid using the product if the package appears tampered with, unsafe, or defective.
We are not responsible for spoilage, damage, quality deterioration, or safety issues caused by improper storage, delayed refrigeration where required, mishandling, contamination after delivery, or use contrary to the label instructions.
12. Health, Allergy, and Use Disclaimer
